¿What are the rental requirements?
- Being older than 25 years.
- Official official identification.

I have all the requirements except to be accepted into the system, what should I do?When you try to register and enter all your personal information, our staff will evaluate your information and confirm if it is accepted in our system or if we require additional information. By being accepted into our system you will receive a confirmation email and you can use Alamo Mobility with our app.

¿Can I register if I am a foreigner?Without any problem, in the registration process you should use your passport in the place of your official identification if you do not have one. ** This only applies to foreigners outside from Mexican territory.

¿How long does it take to be a member of Alamo Mobility?The waiting process must be less than 10 minutes (considering an environment without contingencies and that the service is not saturated because a manual operator must review their information before confirming their entry into Alamo Mobility).

¿Where can I park?You can park in any homezone or in a public place always respecting traffic signs and always in a place allowed by law.

¿What places should I avoid when parking?You should avoid any place marked with a yellow line, places designated as prohibited to park, underground parking lots or that do not have any coverage or signal of communication.

¿Can I park at the airport?You can not leave the vehicle directly in the airport drop-off area and leave your vehicle because it is a place prohibited by law, you can leave your vehicle in the security zone that is located in our offices near the airport.

¿Can I park in a private parking lot or mall?You can park in these places without problems, if the parking has some type of fee, the customer is responsible for the expenses themselves. Always as far as possible avoid underground parking lots so that you do not lose any kind of signal or communication and you have the best experience of using Alamo Mobility.

¿How do I find a car?The simplest way is using the application and activating the GPS, the application will automatically search for the nearest car at your distance, you can rent that vehicle or move the map to choose one more according to your needs. When you book, you have 30 minutes to go through your vehicle and unlock it to start using Alamo Mobility.

¿What is a homezone?It is a special delimited area in which you can end your trip and stop using Alamo Mobility until you need your services again. You can park and take breaks in your trip every time you want as long as you have a signal and adequate coverage but to finish your trip you can only do it in a homezone.

¿Can I leave from a homezone?Yes, the homezone is for you to take and leave your vehicle without any inconvenience.

¿How do I unlock my vehicle?When you are near your vehicle and have a signal and coverage, you can open your vehicle using the button in the application. Please be patient if the vehicle was at rest, it is possible that the first time I took a few minutes to unlock the vehicle.

¿How do I start my trip?The moment you are near your vehicle and press the button to unlock your vehicle, your trip can start.

¿How do I stopover my trip?You must turn off your vehicle and step outside, after a few seconds you will see the option to pause your trip, in this way the vehicle will close its doors and will be blocked so that nobody else can move it until you start your trip again . If the button does not appear you should make sure to completely turn off your vehicle and be in an area with coverage and signal, if you make a stop somewhere with no signal or underground parking, you may have difficulties when it comes to pausing your trip or to trying to resume it, we suggest you avoid these inconveniences by always parking in a place with signal and coverage.

¿How can I end my trip?You must turn off your vehicle and leave it in a homezone, after a few seconds the option to end your trip will appear, in this way the vehicle will close its doors and will be blocked so that nobody else can move it until another customer wants to use that vehicle. If the button does not appear you should make sure to completely turn off your vehicle in addition to being in a homezone with coverage and signal, if you make a stop somewhere with no signal or underground parking, you may have difficulty at the time of ending your trip, we suggest you avoid these inconveniences by always parking in a security zone with signal and coverage.

¿Why I cannot finish my trip or do the buttons doesn't appear in my application?There may be several reasons, please make sure that your vehicle is completely turned off and with the windows closed, it must be parked in a homezone, also you must have data and coverage so you can finish your trip .

¿Are pets allowed?Yes but only if they are in their transport box.

¿Is it allowed to eat?Yes, but the correct thing is that the car is always in clean conditions given that if at the end of your trip the vehicle is very dirty, you can be charged for cleaning.

How do I fill the gas tank of the vehicle?The idea of Alamo Mobility is that the customer does not have the need to fill his gas tank. In the extraordinary case that you need to fill your tank because you have a long trip, it is at the customer's own expense.

¿What type of insurance do I have with my Alamo Mobility rent?With each Alamo Mobility renta, our CDW, DP and TPL insurances are included. Be warned that any type of negligence made by the customer found in your vehicle rental cancels all types of coverage and you are 100% of any type of charge or damage caused to your vehicle.

¿What happens if my credit card covers some type of vehicle insurance?In the event that your credit card has some vehicle insurance, you are responsible for 100% of the vehicle damages and any type of clarification would be directly with your bank.
